- Reishi / Chaga mushroom [optional]
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Sea salt
Directions
- Heat up milk on medium to low heat to make sure it doesn’t burn
- Add your cacao powder, coconut sugar, coconut oil, Reishi/Chaga mix, and a dash of sea salt
- Whisk and let simmer
- Pour into mug and enjoy!
4. Ginger Black Sugar
This drink contains one epic superfood that will give your skin and body some love! Ginger is a popular spice that has 40 different antioxidant properties and a chemical compound known as gingerol. - Hot water

Directions
- Rinse ginger root thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces with the skin on

- Add black sugar and allow it to melt for 5 minutes

- Mung beans

Directions

- Transfer beans to cold pan and heat up for 3-5 minutes
- Pour water and bring to boil
- Boil for 3-5 minutes and cover the pan
- Let sit for 30 minutes then cook for another 5-10 minutes
- Add sugar
- Serve and enjoy!
