      Medicated shampoos, such as this salicylic acid one, might not be the best for color-treated hair because the active ingredient(s) can be quite harsh and drying. Instead, I suggest looking for options that are more gentle and sulfate-free. Also, look for hydrating and nourishing ingredients, such as coconut oil, aloe, shea butter, etc.
