Sometimes a hot drink is all you need to heal the soul. So why not take this winter-y season to unwind and treat yourself to a relaxing cup of tea? Here are three simple recipes that are not only easy to make, but they’re also good for you.

Golden Milk Latte

It’s safe to say that the beloved golden milk latte is more than just a trend. It’s a winter tea drink that’s also good for you! The turmeric from the golden milk latte is a superpower anti-inflammatory ingredient that works wonders for your skin and body. It also works to strengthen your immune system, which is perfect for preventing colds and the flu during the winter season.

  2. Take your oat milk and steam using a milk frother. Alternatively, heat up the milk in a pot until simmering, pour into a shallow bowl, and whisk rapidly until you see milk foam.
  3. Pour the milk into your cup containing the turmeric mixture and stir.

Oat Chai Latte

If there’s one tea that screams winter, it would be chai. The blend is usually made with a combination of different spices such as ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, black pepper, and cloves. All of these spices are wonderful anti-inflammatories that also regulates blood sugar levels and improve digestion. Plus, they are warming spices, which make them perfect for sipping on a cold winter day.
