There’s rose fruit extract, rose water, rose oil, and rose petals within the toner. What’s so special about rose? Rose in skin care helps replenish dryness, even out skin texture, and minimizes the appearance of pores. For Rowena, this toner dries quickly while leaving her skin soft and supple.

What it is: It’s a toner with a slightly thicker consistency that resembles a water essence. It is made with 90% Damask Rose Water that gives off a fresh rose scent. Additionally, the toner is quick absorbing and leaves a soft feeling on the skin.
Honey Belle Flora Rosewater Toner

What it is: The Honey Belle Rosewater Toner has aloe leaf juice, witch hazel, rosewood essential oil, and rose flower within the formulation. The packaging is a lot smaller and contains the least amount of ingredients compared to the other dupes. Due to the combination of the ingredients, the toner gives off a warm and citrusy scent that might not be favorable to some. However, if you’re looking for a quick absorbing and thin toner, this is definitely an option to try!
Herbivore Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Facial Mist

What it is: It is a hydrating face mist that uses coconut water, hibiscus flower, rose and witch hazel. Rowena notes that this product has a similar profile to the Honey Belle toner, but it’s less hydrating out of the other dupes mentioned here. But if you don’t mind giving yourself a midday spritz of hydration, this facial mist is something to consider!
Exfoliating Acids

What it is: It’s a cult favorite exfoliating lactic-acid serum that generated a mass following for the brand. It contains 5% lactic acid, which is a naturally derived chemical exfoliant. It works to gently buff away excess buildup of dead skin cells. For Rowena, the Good Genes is one of her personal holy grail items for her dry combo skin. She loves how it instantly brightens and evens out the texture of her skin almost immediately.

What it is: It is an AHA resurfacing night serum with 14% concentrations of AHAs and BHAs. It is also a 3-in-1 serum that resurfaces, hydrates, and clarifies dull skin while you are asleep. The chemical exfoliants in this product include lactic acid, glycolic acid, citric acid, other fruit acids, and willow bark, which is the natural form of salicylic acid (BHA). In addition, there’s also hyaluronic acid to provide hydration to the skin.

What it is: It’s a 5% exfoliating overnight peel that Rowena loves for brightening and evening out skin tone with irritating. This peel contains glycolic acid and lactic acid as the AHAs and lots of fatty acids to counteract any potential irritation while keeping the skin moisturized and protected.

What it is: It’s a 10% lactic acid serum that’s more watery in consistency and less irritating than the other mentioned products. Since lactic acid is the most gentle AHA, it’s less likely to irritate the skin than glycolic acid. This serum also contains sodium hyaluronate (a derivative of hyaluronic acid) to keep the skin hydrated.
